The owner, Brock Bailey, moved my TV from one place to another and hooked up a sound bar, sub woofer, DVD player, and wireless headphones. He also did some general re-wiring and re-routing. He did a great job. He did exactly what he said he would do. He didn’t leave a mess of any kind. He even took some old equipment I had back to his store to try to sell it for me. He followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was still working properly. There was a question about the placement of a certain speaker, he mentioned in his follow up call that if I ever want it moved, he would be happy to do that for free. I just can’t say enough about his service.

TDO corrected problems with a stereo speaker installation that had been done several months ago by a different service provider. They we’re very responsive and professional in all respects. They analyzed a wiring problem that the installer (another “big box” company) had caused, corrected and tested the solution, and got me back and running properly. THANKS TDO!

They installed the TV above my fireplace and set me up with Direct TV throughout the entire house. I cannot say enough positive things about this company!!! From start to finish they were incredible. Easy to work with. Completely responsive to my concerns. Helpful. And downright kind and a pleasure to work with. The two guys who came to my house were so nice and professional. And they did an AMAZING job with my TV. I LOVE IT!!!!!! It was a splurge in my new house and I’m so glad I did it. Brock came out to my house to measure and help me decide on a TV.  The only downside is that now all I want to do is sit at home and watch TV! ? I would HIGHLY recommend TDO for anyone’s home theater installation. and in fact, I’m calling them this week to talk about home security systems. You won’t regret using them!

Installed surround sound system, including all in one remote and radio frequency sensors on all components so cabinet doors can be shut while still operating equipment with remote. They were fabulous.  Very clean, courteous.  I would not hesitate to call them again.

The service was great, when they looked at the area for the quote they went through all the potential issues that might come up to ensure we were on the same page about the options. They did a great job of mounting the TV, they also tried to run wires for some surround speakers but due to the construction of the house were unable to complete that work. They had noted that as a potential issue during the quote and went over different options.

Provided cost estimate. Upon approval, completed purchase and installation. I would like to hire them again in the future! Brock Bailey was most helpful in planning our entertainment center. He and his crew were knowledgable and efficient in their work. Everything was done in accordance with the planned schedule, and the work required was completed in a timely fashion. Would definitely use his services again as well as recommend this company.

Initially I contacted TDO about home security camera’s. I spoke with Brock who runs TDO’s office and he scheduled an appointment at my home. Brock came to my home and took me through all my options regarding security camera system’s. I liked that TDO was a privately owned local company. He left and emailed me a quote and date to install the project. TDO Home Entertainment showed up to my home 15 min. prior to the time they had told me. They were extremely polite and went over what they intended to install. TDO installed 4 IR dome camera’s and DVR for recording. The brand TDO sells is Bolide and it works fantastic! Installing the system they were so experienced and knowledgeable and made me feel so much better about the choice I had made to have camera’s installed! TDO also installed software on my PC and Iphone so I can view the camera’s when I’m not at home. I had told one of TDO’s technicians that the surround sound system in my master bedroom wasn’t working and he fixed that for me for no additional charge. I highly recommend TDO Home Entertainment for not only camera’s but anything electronic related! They are the best company I’ve used for in home sale’s and service!
